Diwesh filed complaint against Air India on Dec 6, 2019
I had a flight from new delhi to srinagar on *th dec ****. My wife and two kids are too travelling with me. But few days before I get a leg fracture and doctor prohibited me to travel. Even I visited AIR INDIA city office in this condition, they did not accepted documents for medical waiver and full refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
