Arun Ashok filed complaint against Air India on Aug 4, 2020
I have booked two tickets during the phase * of VBM, which were cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. One of the tickets were cancelled at *th June and the other at **nd June ****. Air India says they have refunded the first ticket, but when asked repeatedly they blurt out false transaction IDs of their own, so that they can be done with the calls. I have phone recordings of the same. When asked to provide a formal confirmation of the ticket cancellation or of the refund, they hesitate to provide one. Now I can see that it is all part of a sham, so that we cannot do anything unless they voluntarily provide the refunds to consumers. All I want now are the refunds for the tickets and nothing else.
