Daljeet singh filed complaint against Air india on Mar 15, 2020
I booked a ticket in the name of Master Inakshbir Singh for journey dated ** Nov **** from Sydney(SYD) to New Delhi(DEL).
I cancelled the said ticket through Customer Care service on **.**.****. As per the conversation with executive they assure that refund will be credited to your account within * to ** days but still refund is not credited.
