Air India Express - Air India Express refund not processed for more than 2 months

Ticket booked for **th August to travel from Cochin to Dubai, had to be cancelled as I tested positive for covid**, on ** th of August.Even though flights are cancelled, Air India Express said they will deduct cancellation penalty of Rs **** . I agreed and cancelled ticket and still waiting for refund even after * months. I have sent multiple emails to customer care asking for refund status. At first I was told it is processed. But after repeated follow ups and after I did multiple cross verification with bank, later air india express informed that it is only processing!.., It's one month since but since then they only reply it is under process. I even sent multiple mails to their nodal officer as I was informed. But still no solution.
