Booked ticket on AirIndia flight a*** flying on ** July but flight cancelled by ai. Approached yatra for cancellation reimbursement where they asked me for my id and handwritten request which I promptly provided them but now they claim that refund is not possible since the flight was not cancelled by ai according to them.
We also got the confirmation from the Cochin Airport that the flight was cancelled. But this doesn't apply to the Yatra.com.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
