Air India did not refund my money for tickets cancelled . We had to cancel this ticket because on the *th hour Air India rescheduled the flight. After following up since last * months now they are replying that they have done the refund but in Actual no such amount is reflecting in my account. We have cancelled this ticket on *th oct ****.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
