Air india - Air india Denied Refund

I am Lakhwinder Kaur. i had flight for **th july from delhi to frankfurt direct flight. flight was schedule to depart at **:** and i am arrived at airport **:** on *th july. i was holding all the necessery documents for travel but when i went to check in counter there was a lady at air india she said you cant travel i asked why but no reason provided and then i asked for refund and she said i have added remark on booking you can simply call air india customer care and apply for refund. but when i have called air india next day they told me that check in agent added no show remark on booking which means that i was not presented at airport. which was totally wrong these peoples are unprofessional they dont even know how to treat passengers. and now i am calling air india but they are not providing refund these are totally scammers. they will accept your booking and when you are going to catch your flight they will denied you.
