Swapnali Rane filed complaint against Air India on Oct 16, 2018
My flight from bombay-delhi-san Francisco was scheduled on **th sept with air india. Following are flight details-
Bombay to delhi- *.**pm
Delhi to San Francisco- *.** pm
I reached at the airport at sharp **.** am, everything got done including baggage check in and i was told to pay extra money for some extra baggage. The first flight from bombay to delhi got super delayed by air india and upon asking officials they said flight is not yet arrived. They also told me you are going to miss delhi to San Francisco flight so take refund as there no other flight scheduled today. Air India promised me that i will get full refund in a month. I was made to wait at the airport for * hours without arranging food etc just to get my bags. Now after multiple followups and a month- air india said they are denying my refund as i did not show up at the airport which is a lie and mental harassment. The travel agency is also not helping me out. Need help to sort out this.
