Hi Myself Sherin Cherian Varghese,I booked a ticket for AI *** from Delhi to Kochi traveling date ** May ****, without my consent AIRINDIA changed my booking to ** May ****. I come to know the issue and after trying several times I am able to speak to customer care agent and enquired about the reason and agent told me we had postponed our flight from ** May to ** May, I corrected them this is not postponing this is cancellation of Flight, after that the conversation gone for hours and they agreed for their fault and I asked for my refund and they agreed the same. Continuously I am following it up sending mails to ecommerce@airindia.in daily by putting reminders.there is no proper response from Airindia side and I am unable to anyone who can help me with proper reply. Please help me to get my refund.in this pandemic situation each and every penny is very precious.
