GNANASEKARAN MANI filed complaint against Air India on Feb 16, 2021
I have Booked a ticket from Muscat to Chennai * tickets, and return from Chennai to Muscat *ticket. But due to covid-** issues cancelled ticket in the month January ****. It's almost one year finished.
But still my refund amount is pending on air India. I have already sent many emails for my due refund but still not got any reply from air India. What is the solution for this?
