I requested for seat not near the emergency gate and when i got into flight the seats are near emergency gate which can't be reclined back..i have a back problem and this is causing me health issue. This is ridiculous.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
