I have purchased Samsung air conditioner on March ****..my grand father health problems the doctor recommended to take completely bed rest on below ** temperature.. But the air conditioner is not working on last **/*/**** I have been complaint to Samsung service centre but no one is responded till now.. In the sad to we loss my grand father on **/*/****..
