Samsung - Air conditioner not installed

I bought ac from shop **rd may ac should be installed in ** to ** hours but ac has not been installed yet approximate ** hours been finished also company team doesn’t provide any correct information about installation.
as they call morning once.
today you ac will be installed.
then no one contact to me sometimes do not pick call also back call on my personal.
if they pick to the call doesn’t provide any accurate information about installation.
three days i have been wasted to wait for this since * days I’m at home for waiting their worker to install to air conditioner.
now I’m jobless only for their team
