Agoda and OYO - Agoda partnered hotel not refunding amount

I booked a hotel called oyo ***** Anuguna tulasi grand ,where we made booking via online payment,after reaching to the property the hotel first demanded for more amount and then later, started talking rudely as we questioned why extra charge and then denied me to enter the hotel saying we are minors but we are ** yr old people,i dont know how are we considered as minors and when we asked for a cancellation and refund they denied for a refund too.they are just scamming people by just taking online payments and not refunding the amount.
