We have made booking through Agoda on tuesday for coming friday stay amount *****and cancelled on same day as proruty provided the stay for less price however the amount returned is *** Rs less after raising it multiple times Agoda asking to provide statment of credit card which is not available at the moement however i have given the screen shot but again and again requesting for statement how it is possible to provide statment to third party service provider without the statment is generated they are just time passing with emails not helping ..worst service from Agoda dont book your holiday there
