I booked hotel for * nights from **th Dec to **rd Dec through Agoda selecting * adults and * childrens whereas the booking done only for * adults in * rooms. This was including breakfast so the charges for additional * adults has to be bared seperately as per Agoda which Rs**** when I approached them again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
