Agoda India has declared that I will get Rs **** cashback against a hotel booking as a cashback reward and it will be confirmed after ** days of checkout.
Till date, the cashback rewards are showing in a pending state and they are claiming that they have refunded but don't have any bank transaction proof, they said they are working on it. I have checked every detail but no single credit is there from Agoda in my account.
Please resolve my issue ASAP.
