I have purchased Dell laptop on ** Feb **** from Paytm Mall Because i have heard the Positive reviews about Dell Product. So this laptop Delievered to me and i had Started it so i Got very disappointed by Dell Services Because the System was running very slowly While i have not installed Any single software. So i Communicate With executive he completed the Trouble shoot but he could not find the exact software issue he said Your system is working properly. But i was not satisfied with hime so i Communicated with PAYTM Mall They said.if you have any issue First of all Communicate With your brand otherwise have any issue in product so you'll have to arrange a job sheet No but i couldn't Provide any job sheet number Because i'm living in a village so couldn't took my System to service center. I wrote many times to Dell but they could not assist me as per Paytm Mall guidelines if they provide me a mail regarding my satisfaction and trouble then Paytm Mall can have initiated my refund while Paytm Mall was already ready but Dell couldn't. I'll share the screenshot of conversation with Dell and Paytm also with. Now when i Communicated with Dell Executive he didn't get any interest in my issue because my warranty date has been over. And i have never used my laptop more than ** times in one year because i really disappointed so now when i was checking my orders in Paytm Mall history so i got customer reviews about my laptop i got quite shocked that why i couldn't read it and why i purchased this laptop. I will surely send the required details of you have any need but i want my refund or any guidence from your side because i am very compel to write this. Kindly consider on my case.

This meant that Frustrated, distressed, Lose my job, Due to this laptop i couldn't survive my life normally, financial issue, i couldn't get to my goal .
For replacement They have already denied of they really want to do something for their kind Customer so they should replace my laptop with another laptop model otherwise initiate the refund of **,*** + my loses
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Finally I got respond by Dell Headquarter Bangalore where an executive request to Return the laptop for refund of **,***/- (after deduction of gst charges and all) but I want my all Loses atleast **,*** so I asked to executive that I can go for further escalation to get my losses he said you can go for that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
