Xiamoi - After sales service in warranty

My XIAOMI Tv Not Playing so I complain to XIAOMI Service on */**/****. Next day */**/**** service engineer came from Xiaomi Service. After looking at everything, they said that the display should be replaced and that it would take ** days. After ** days I call, they say it will take another * days. Still no one came to fix my TV. I mailed Xiaomi Service , to no avail. So I am doing the complain.
