I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the delayed and unresolved service request.To date, it has been approximately ** days since the service request was initiated, and the issue remains unresolved. Furthermore, the assigned service agent has consistently failed to respond to my calls or provide a concrete date for repair or replacement. This inaction and unresponsiveness are inexcusable and demonstrate a lack of commitment to fulfilling Xiaomi's obligations under the law and the terms of service.

Mi Tv Horizon *A ** inch,is not working and white lines are coming. After requesting for ** calendar days, I haven't received any resolution.
Twice my service was cancelled by FRAUD Service man stating,we have cancelled the request.
Service man visited once on *th September and charge INR ***/- for the Visit and did not give any bill stating an e-bill with the final quote will be given and said within **-** Days your tv Parts will be repaired. TODAY is **th october and i haven't received any update regarding my repair will be done on not.
I must insist that my rights as a consumer are protected, and that Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited adheres to its obligations for providing prompt and efficient service. If I do not receive a confirmation date for repair or replacement within * day. From the receipt of this notice, I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings against Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited for breach of contract, violation of consumer protection laws, and negligence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
