My problem relates to BSNL's weak network in our area. I have been using the BSNL service for a long time.Basically, I'm using BSNL for internet access. There was a very good *G network available in our area. But, in the last ** days, we got a very weak signal of BSNL network in our
area. I have complained multiple times about it to the customer care center. I think they don't take it seriously. I have also complained about this on the CPGRAMS Portal, in response to that complaint, On June **, **** they said
that 'the corrective action is under process, we will solve it very soon.' But, still my problem is not resolved.
In the meantime, I have heard about the BSNL *G launch in in our city, so I thought that the network would work well after this. On June **, BSNL launched a *G network in our city. After that, forget about the *G network, we cannot even get the *G network properly in our area. What
a dilemma!
Today on July *, it was almost a month since I had recharged the internet data plan. I recharged the plan of *** rupees for three months of * GB /day internet data on *rd June. Due to this network issues, I could not use it properly for this past month. As a student, this is a huge amount for me. Please BSNL do something related to this data plan until the network problem is resolved. Otherwise,
without the use of this data plan, its validity will end, and my money will be completely wasted.
