Policy Bazaar - after payment of term insurance no action has been taken

I called policy bazar and enquired about various term insurance plan. After assurance by policy bazar that medical test faciity is available in Dharmanagar, i made payment of **** on *th of September ****.
Thereafter i got a call that medical test facility is not availabe in Dharmanagar which is against the promise made by them.
After taking station leave permission i came to Agartala to get my medical done. However even after calling them multiple times (more than ** times) and talking to executives named Ayushi kulshretha and Sandip kumar. Every time they used to say that you will get a call in one to two hour but that never happened. At the end I couldn't get my appointment even on tuesday.
In term of evidence i have payment details, call logs and responses.
