I purchased a Samsung mobile S** FE *G from the website https://www.samsung.com/in/ under the Festive offer on **/*/****. I received the mobile on *st October ****. The offer shown was a flat exchange of Rs ****/- and a deferred exchange of Rs ****/- on an old mobile. I was informed that within * - * days my old phone would be picked up and receive the amount of Rs ****/- into my bank account. I have sent repeated emails and made a number of calls on ************* but no response on the pick up or amount. They have asked me to contact Cashify which does not serve my location. Until today no body has come to pick my old phone and no response on the cashback offer.
