Nikhil Muthazhahan filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Aug 11, 2019
I've gotten a new ACT Internet connection installed on August *. I've been waiting since then to get it activated. I've logged numerous support tickets with ACT regarding this. I've also called their customer care to resolve this but to no effect. I've been chasing them for quite a while but they keep giving false promises, saying we'll activate it in the next two hours...etc. So far nothing has been done.
This has caused tremendous loss of money and productivity as I'm unable to use the Internet despite paying for it.
Please look into this.
