My Name is Mukunda M N my contact number is **********, I’m living in Bangalore BSK * nd stage, I placed order for ACT Fibernet Internet connection on May **th and paid amount of **** for a particular plan, and due to some reason I asked for the refund, they initiated the refund but the amount is not reflecting into my account, also after some days one I’d ACT representative asked me to pay on me time to make the connection more quicker, I believe him and paid Rs **** one mor time time on ** th of June, I’m waiting from the onwards I’m either not getting the refunds and not the service also, I’m frustrated by calling the customer care many times and they always say it will resolve by ** hours but no one is helping me. The bottom line is to feet my refund for the first payment and get the internet service. Please help,
