On ** Sept, raised compliant that internet was not working. Service request has been raised, expected timeline for resolution is ** hrs. Even after * days, no body from Act fibernet has contacted us nor the compliant has been resolved. In twitter, we even intimated them after ** hrs of raising SR, still no response. We have paid advance fee for their subscription and I suffered lot as my daily work got interrupted due to this irresponsible behaviour of them. And this is not first time, India last * months, we raised *-* complaints and everytime they interrupted for *-* days. Attaching SR no for reference.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
