Hi,
I am facing a problem from Saturday (**/Oct/****) that the internet is not coming . till now it is not resolved .
The first resolution expected time is **/Oct/**** *.**PM .
The second resolution expected time is **/Oct/**** *.**PM
Whenever I am calling customer care I have to wait **min online . Even after that your custmacare people tell something and cut the call . some time even not lift, sometimes lift it and cut the call .
Every time customers care, people are telling that technical people are working on it but I have not seen any progress. I am not seeing any good service here .
