Account number - ************, I have taken a fixed term plan of * months which was valid until December ****. But in between August month, I have raised shifting/relocation of broadband to my new flat which is located at Varthur, MadhuraNagar starting *st September ****. On which ACT team told me the connection is not possible because it's not feasible due to technical limitations and I should get my money refunded back as per pro-rata basis even ACT website FAQs also talks about this policy (https://www.actcorp.in/faq/payment), but sadly till now which is like almost * months I haven't got my money back which should be roughly ****/-. I have made more than ** calls and every time new SRS tickets have been raised from the customer care side and every time it got rejected from the Billing team saying that I am not eligible which is baseless, their T&C talks clearly about this:
I want to cancel my new connection but I have made the payment for * months/** months, will I get a refund of the balance amount?

A refund ticket will be automatically raised under your ACT account.
Our team will then reach out to you for your bank details to process the NEFT remittance.
Upon submission of your bank details, we will take approximately ** to ** working days to complete the remittance to your bank account.
