Hotstar - Account temporary blocked

Hi,
I am getting err_**** from hotstar which says temporary account blocked and reason too many videos requested. When tried to contact hotstar through mail, they are asking me to send bank account payment details to proof I am hotstar user. I have my mobile and password details connected to hotstar already why or from where should I get my payment banking details? They are not providing solution to my problem. Even making things complicated.
