Hotstar - Misleading customer into buying the Hotstar subscription

I had purchased the Hotstar subscription for working on my Television and it was working till a few months ago but now randomly for some reason it is not working in my TV.

I own a Samsung smart Tv that I bought on December **** and ALL THE OTHER apps like Amazon Prime , YouTube , Netflix work perfectly on it.

There is ONLY issue with Hotstar.

I spoke to your customer service officer and she told me that HOTSTAR doesn’t work on any smart TV that has been bought before ****.

This is misleading the customer because THIS HAS NOT BEEN MENTIONED ANYWHERE that HOTSTAR only works on tvs bought after ****.

I have already shared the same thing on their Instagram handle too and mailed them as well.

This is a serious breach of misleading the customers into falsely buying the subscription and then not being able to use it only.
