Hotstar - Live streaming buffers even after paying the right amount

I have been using Hotstar for the past two years. In recent times, live programs and certain TV shows are not working in my Hotstar TV, even though I contacted the team about the issue they were just dragging the days and not providing the service. So I request a refund from my side.
