Hi Team, my account was dormant in upstox and since last ** days I have been trying to reactivate it. I have raised the complaint on **-August-**** and on **-August-**** I have requested one more time, and today(**-August-****) requesting the same again and they are simply saying it will take *-* more days.
I have provided all the required documents twice to them and they are simply saying documents are not received, and now when am righting this still in the call on which they are making to wait since last ** mins.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
