Anjana Rajan filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 9, 2021
On the *th July, ****, there were two successful login attempts into my Myntra Shopping app account and the contact number (used for notifications) linked to the account was changed to some other number. One of the changed number was **********, I was unable to note down the other number.
To log into the app, an OTP is mandatory. But I did not receive a message with OTP but still the fraudster was able to login to my account and update my profile details.
Post logging into my account, the fraudster has redeemed all the points and claimed * vouchers worth Rs.****/- in total. There were no notifications sent to my email on the redemption as well.
On constant follow up with customer care, the only answer they have is "We are looking into your account and we will get back to you in ** hours"
They are not keen of stopping the order well.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
