Ajio - Account Hacked and Amount Refunded to random account

As per the initial request on call for ** Minutes, I have clearly mentioned that y account has been hacked and the delivery partner took leverage of changing the Phone number to his number by the sending multiple OTP on my number.

Go check the call recording on Dec **th at *: ** PM from my actual number +**-****-***-*** where I have clearly mentioned that my number has been updated to the incorrect number updated above i. e. ********** then kindly explain why the hell the team has been trying to contact on the incorrect number.

As per the last update the status for my complaint mentioned above has been closed because again the resolution was provided on the incorrect number.

MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED BY YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER. THE REFUND INITIATED AS AJIO CASH WAS REFUNDED TO SOME RANDOM ACCOUNT AND I WANT THE REFUND BACK.

Since, I have started using my account I have used only * Phone number - +**-**********
I received Suspicious account call from Ajio where it was notified that my amount will be refunded to my actual account i.e Ajio Wallet.
However, i waited for * working day after no refund I raised a complaint on **th Dec explaining all my concern that I am unable to access my account and my Ajio Wallet money was paid to some random number.

The refund was for * returned article for an amount close to Rs ****. I DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL EVERYDAY AND REPORT MY PROBLEM.

Expected Ajio team to act on the scam run within the company however NO LUCK.

I want my money refunded in Ajio wallet and my number changed to my actual number - +**-****-******.
