I did a payment of **** via on ** oct **** for a NEET course named YAKEEN *.O.
After the payment was successful my account got logged out. When i tried to log in again it showed that the user does not exist. I tried to complain to them about it by email, got a reply saying that only transaction screenshot of razor pay and paytm is valid. As i did payment via phonepe they are saying that its not valid.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
