Amazon India - Account got closed

I have recently ordered multiple items around * items. The total amount being in excess of Rs *****. If you are closing this account I may face huge problems in future as a lot of amounts will be on hold. Please help me with these queries:
*. I have received a product today, Paramount Dealz Black Vinyl Chess set amounting to Rs *** which I want to return because it is not as per my expectations.

*. I have ordered all items in the Amazon Prime day sale and ordered for more than Rs ***** in a single transaction for which I should get Rs **** in the form of cashback as per terms & conditions mentioned in the Amazon prime day sale. I have made payment through HDFC Credit Card. If I am returning the above-mentioned item please make me eligible for cashback may be proportionate because I was not knowing at the time of placing the order that the product will not be as per my expectations.
Please re-open my account as I am not able to access my account. There is no problem in the account as well. The account you have closed before was of my son and despite giving all the evidence and understanding what problem he faced. You have closed his account and now without any proper justification, you are going to close my account as well.
If there is no way to re-open my account please make sure to return all the products delivered in the last * week and credit all the amount. I have paid in my bank account is the original payment method because it may create a problem for me if I am unable to access my account and I have products ordered from the website. Kindly consider the issues I am facing because of you. There is no way to contact the specialist team directly or I would have made understood all the problems to them directly.
