Hope you are doing well in all aspects!
My concern is that , I ordered from Ajio.com due to some genuine reasons ( like size & appearance) I have to decide to return some of the whole order. It is around ***** rs now ajio has deactivated my account and all the stuff( clothes& footwear) is stucked as it is in very fresh condition with all tags & boxes even all Bill's are in good condition.
Now I have been complaining since last three month ( from april ** last) about the same concern by mail & call by there respective no. & mail address.
They are always fooling me that my account is blocked which isnot the concern , but the concern is about returning the stucked order , which is essential and on priority to me first.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
