I ordered several products from several sellers on the same day. Some packages arrived within the "guarantee delivery" time, and i have confirmed order with satisfaction. Five of ten packages either have not arrived yet, arrived later than guarantee time, missing part of the order or don't work.
As per bueyet protection of AliExpress, I asked for a refund to be issued. Some sellers politely issued a refund or claimed they would resend products, while others gave excuses, (if they felt like replying), and was told to wait. After waiting allot for reply i raised disptes and got refund on some orders
But * days back all of sudden without any prior intimation nor any notice AliExpress deactivated my account, i still have **-** orders upon which i haven't got solution for disputes and some orders not received yet and cannot open further disputes and chat with sellers about order and payment. All those orders costs almost more than ****₹ the step of AliExpress terminated my account is totally disappointed and unethical
I have also made appeal for account reactivation but got the answer saying "your account is permanently deactivated for violating buyer protection program"
Its very much disappointed to be accused for violating rules. Am a costomer from almost more than an year and its very much unfair cheating from AliExpress
