Lazypay - Account Closure
Revathy R Nair filed complaint against Lazypay on Nov 7, 2022
I had an account with the lazypay which I requested to close in **th June ****. It was closed and the closure date was updated in the CIBIL report by **th July ****.
Again on **th Sept **** when I checked my CIBIL report , lazypay account was open .
Raised a new complaint and the account was again closed on **th Sept **** . CIBIL also got updated.
Now when I checked my CIBIL again in Nov *st **** , lazypay account is open again and the closure date is blank.
