Upstox - Account Closure

Aditiya Sharma filed complaint against Upstox on Aug 30, 2021

I had requested for closure account a month ago but upstox has not closed my account till now and has also charged me for AMC. They requested me to clear the negative balance then would proceed with the closure of the account but nothing is being done. They say they have raised the complaint to the concerned team and I will receive a mail but no mail has been received and no action has been taken. I don't consider myself liable to pay any more amount if raised by upstox against me as I have been again and again requesting for closure of my account which is not being done.
