The last time when I ordered before my Zomato account was blocked was the time I reported and incident. It was bcz the order was accepted and was cancelled after almost an hour due to rain (I'm assuming). So I raised this and the next time I open it, my account got blocked. It's been blocked for few months now. I started using Uber eats post this but now with the merger I don't have that option too. And if that is case, you can block the complaint room.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
