Ajio - Account blocked without any information and with wallet balance in it

Since a week, the ajio account has been showing "unable to place order" and there was no reason for it as well, so I contacted the customer service through calls and emails still there was no response, and after a week when I called the customer service, the person is saying that she has no idea what's going on and after wasting ** minutes on call she said my account if blocked, and even for that she didn't have any reason, later she connected the call to her supervisor and she says account is blocked because of high return volume, if they send me defective products why would I keep them? Obviously I'll return them, and also I have no problem if they block my account, atleast refund the balance that is present in the account because it's my money and why should I let them keep it because there's no mistake from my side
