I have booked a hotel in Lucknow on * September ****. I have made an online payment. When I reached hotel they refused to check-in because of online payment. They say they are not accepting online payment when I call in goibibo they say that they will resolve my problem within ** min, call me back and provide me arrangements in another hotel but they did not call me back and not providing any accommodation in another hotel. I have suffered a lot because of this. I have called many times in customer care but they did not solve my problem. They always saying our concern team will work on it but they did not call me back and not providing any refund and any accommodation. I want compensation against this because I suffered in the night from *:** pm to ** am. Kindly help me out. My booking id is- HTL***UHJG.
