My Vehicle breakdown happened on *.**.**** today is **.**.****.
The Accident Repair Order Copy was issued by Garve Motors PVT LTD. *n **/**/**** RO Number R*********.
The Royal Sundaram Claim No PV********.
To this date, the efforts to attend to the repair and claim process-related consent to Garve Hyundai was not issued by Royal Sundaram.
On the other hand, Garve Hyundai is not going ahead to commence the next steps without the approval of the insurance claim process.
When the insurance agent told me to mention this is what is applicable to the car. I have not chosen a particular cover either in favor or against.
For me, insurance is one product. It is not pizza to order extra toppings.
The surveyor explained something I do not appreciate. If my car breaks down while driving on the road when it is toed to the Service center it needs to be settled with them.
Holding the decision and not working on the repair is not acceptable.
Please arrange necessary approvals among yourselves and arrange to complete the repairs.
Notwithstanding I will be forced to escalate in all the directions.
I do not know whose responsibility between you is what.
My car is covered by insurance and covered by warranty. The rest is unknown to me.
I have not done anything wrong with my car. It stopped and I have arranged to book RSA. All the photographs of the loading and delivery were also provided.
Please make sure it is attended urgently without losing further time.
