Rapido auto - Accident

Rash auto driving, was talking on phone and driving with great speed.
It was evening time near jp nagar *st phase Bengaluru,. There was a turning ahead with * two wheelers waiting to cross road .
This auto driver with me behind as passenger could not stop with break as he was driving in speed and talking on phone .
He tipped the auto entirely to left .
Both my hands got deep abrasions.
My hip got injured badly .
I was lying there crying for help , please take to hospital. He was reluctant to take. After half an hour he took to manipal hospital nearby.
They gave me tetanus toxoid , did the dressing and said to go home and rest . I asked this guy to please drop me home as I don't have my family here .
He begged me not to go to police .
I said right know I am not in condition to do anything I just want to go home and take rest .
More than * complaints registered through app of Rapido, no response.
I cannot eat or hold a glass by both my hands .
I have not changed my dress since that day.
Right hand has become stiff , infection is progressing to cellulitis.
I am literally handicapped.
I only have my little finger functional to type .
Had to walk down to police station even though not in condition to file an FIR .
Still no response from company. Only message " we will look into it and get back to u in few days " .
