I brought from Flipkart samsung washing machine *kg digital inverter.on feb*th i have received on **th Feb. When installation samsung person the drum of washing m/c steel coating has removed and there is a part missing as shown in image at Flipkart.i raise replacement requests but there is no repose from Flipkart.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
