Paisabazaar - Accepting SIP but not adding in my account

I have been doing SIP with PaisaBazaar for last * months .
Every month PaisaBazaar deducts money from my bank account for mutual fund SIP, but to my surprise when I checked my account, they are not showing the amount which I invested in last * months
They only show it is a one time investment.
This is nonsense , I am not able to withdraw my investment.
They have cheated me
