I bought a Carrier AC in May **, **** which cost me almost ***** rupees.. But while installation the Brand Technician didnt Vaccum the Gas pipe which is a normal procedure.. But i was unaware about that while installation. So i thought they have done proper work.. and after few days My AC started showing me issue.. At day time when ambient temperature is high.. My AC compressor automatically shutdown due to overheat.. I tried contacting the local service centre, the Area manager.. They just never accept that 'Pipe vaccum' was a process, which they haven't dont at the time of installation, which is the fault of them.. and when i ask them to do the vaccum now.. Which is not possible after installation.. They are not doing it now.. They only saying its ur voltage issue.. Thats why AC is not working.. We have done everything in right way.. But in my area there are also people using other brands AC like Hitachi, Lloyd, Daikin, Voltas, Mitsubishi etc.. I contacted them also..they are not facing any such issue.. While we all have Same Faze electry connection.. Now after several calls their local service centre guys not even receiving my call.. Carrier Customer care only saying we dont know any thing rather than placing a technician visit.. But here Technician are not cooperative.. What to do.. I am really irritated now.. From last * months i m trying to call everyone possible and request to fix it.. But no one listening.. I am helpless.. I am a middle class family guy.. ***** INR is not a less amount which hi had paid to buy this AC.. and now it seems like Brand doesn't care about my hard earned money
