AMSTRAD - Ac not working properly

I purchased the AC but it is not working properly. The temperature is ** degree but there is no effect of AC. Also, it makes noise and a bad smell coming out of it. I complain to the company and some people came to my home but they were not authorised. Complaint id is ************. Please do the needful as it is the summer season. I spend my money on it but it is not useful.
