Visvesvaran Vaidyanathan filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on May 19, 2023
This is with regards to Flight Number *E *** from Hyderabad(HYD) to Chennai(MAA) (*:**-*:**) with PNR Number ZUUB*N seat (**D). I had travelled in this flight on **/**/**** and I regret to inform you that AC in the flight was not working throughout the journey which caused a lot of problems to all the passengers who had travelled in this flight in the morning including me which caused a lot of suffocation and no ventilation at all until the flight had landed and the doors were opened. The other passengers and me had informed about this issue to the cabin crew regarding AC which was not working on all the seats throughout the flight and the cabin crew had informed us that she would be informing the captain of the flight regarding this but there was no set of action or resolution provided against it. As a part of this deficiency of services, I had drafted multiple complaints on Air Sewa, Customer Relations officer, Email, Website but unfortunately you people only took that as a feedback and were not ready to provide the compensation for the struggle you have made me through. As I earlier stated in the complaint, you can investigate this issue with other travellers as well who had travelled in the same flight about this issue. You are only providing me copy paste automated feedback on my email and on AirSewa. Strict action and compensation needs to be provided.
